Forgezap uses artificial intelligence to generate code, applications, and other software solutions (“AI-Generated Content”). You may provide prompts or instructions, and our technology will produce output based on those inputs.
1.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
All AI-Generated Content is provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranty or guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing any generated content before using or deploying it.
2.1 Legal Capacity
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using Forgezap, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
3.1 Appropriate Use
You agree not to use the Services or AI-Generated Content for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities. This includes, but is not limited to, violating intellectual property rights, distributing malware, or engaging in any activity that could harm others.
3.2 Review of Generated Content
You must review, test, and validate any code, software, or other materials generated by the Services before using them in production or distributing them to any third party. You assume all liability for any use of or reliance on AI-Generated Content.
3.3 Data Input & Confidentiality
You are responsible for the content of any data, code, or instructions you input into the Services. You acknowledge that the Services are not designed to process or store sensitive or confidential information. If you choose to input such information, you do so at your own risk.
4.1 Ownership of AI-Generated Content
Subject to these Terms and any underlying third-party rights, you retain whatever rights you have in the AI-Generated Content that is produced based on your prompts. However, Forgezap may use such content to develop, improve, or enhance our models and Services.
4.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property
You must not submit any content or prompt that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights or licenses necessary to use or input any such content.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Forgezap disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

Under no circumstances shall Forgezap, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute services, or any other damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
6.2 Cap on Liability
In no event shall Forgezap’s total liability for all claims exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing or using the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6.3 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any code, applications, or content you develop, modify, or distribute based on the AI-Generated Content. Forgezap has no liability or obligation to monitor or validate the use of the AI-Generated Content once provided.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forgezap, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

You may discontinue your use of the Services at any time.
8.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including your violation of these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice or liability.
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and any AI-Generated Content previously provided to you remains subject to the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth in these Terms.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will post the most current version on our website, and any changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms have been posted indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
10.1 Governing Law
